I bet if you put a bit of mint extract in this you would have a nice after dinner cookie after you have a cookie dinner.

Ha! I want a cookie dinner! Btw, this is a totally appropriate post for today since it's Krampusnaught....an early German pre-Christmas and St. Nicholas Day. But I'm guessing you already knew that and planned it on purpose.
