Vegan MOFO Day #9: Carol's Cinny Bombs

These magical tasteoids are courtesy of Carol. I'm in love with her no fuss pixie hairdo, those piercing blue eyes, and the bang of these cinny-bombs.
You don't have to be a culinary genius to impress everyone at the apocalypse survival camp. This is just crescent roll dough-(ACCIDENTALLY VEGAN!) with a little loving scoop of Biscoff spread in the middle.

Carol's Cinny Bombs
You'll need:
  • 2 packages of crescent roll dough (check your brand and label for vegan-ness)
  • A bowl of cinnamon and sugar mixed together. I used 2t cinnamon to 1/2 c. sugar
  • Biscoff spread
  • a teaspoon
Preheat your oven to 350 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Open up one of your dough tubes and line the cookie sheet with them, keeping them in their individual triangles. Take your teaspoon and spoon 1t of Biscoff spread in the middle. Now open up your other tube and lay a piece of dough over the dough and spread. These should look like triangles with a little lump. Now roll them like you would a crescent roll. Dip them in the cinnamon sugar mix and put them back on the cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until brown, checking them carefully along the way so they don't get burned. Serve with some of Daryl's Iced Camp Coffee.

How DOES Carol keep up with that haircut in the zombie apocalypse? You are a genius for pairing crescent roll dough with Biscoff spread!
