yes, i do occasionally make food and not dessert.


organic penne pasta with swiss cheez fondue sauce from the ultimate uncheese cookbook. topped with cherry tomatoes and some fresh baby spinach.

see, i do eat real food every now and then!

and i hear fats domino is very much alive. oops.

  3. @miss v. --it's amazingly swiss cheesy flavored. it was good on pasta but it is the perfect thing to make for a party. you gotta keep it warm because the oatmeal base makes it get really thick.

  4. sounds (and looks) delish!

    how do you like the cookbook overall? I struggle sometimes with "cheese" recipes, either because they call for soy cheese (I still haven't found one that I really like), or because I just can't get the flavour that I want from the rest of the ingredients. Any info you have would be great!
