@miss v. --it's amazingly swiss cheesy flavored. it was good on pasta but it is the perfect thing to make for a party. you gotta keep it warm because the oatmeal base makes it get really thick.
how do you like the cookbook overall? I struggle sometimes with "cheese" recipes, either because they call for soy cheese (I still haven't found one that I really like), or because I just can't get the flavour that I want from the rest of the ingredients. Any info you have would be great!
how was that sauce? i haven't made that recipe yet.
