these are THE fudgey-wudgey blueberry brownies from veganomicon. these are very fudgey and very wudgey. i wasn't sure how a blueberry and chocolate combo would work, but the flavor mixing is amazing. these are quite pleasing on a hot day eaten cold outta the fridge, but i prefer mine nuked in the mic for about 15 seconds.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE those brownies. At first I was like blueberries..chocolate? I knew it'd be good, but I didn't know it'd be OUTRAGEOUS! I really like the purple tint at the bottom of them :)

That recipe has been on my list for sooo long. I keep forgetting about it when I have extra blueberries.
ReplyDeletethe recipe calls for spreadable blueberry fruit, but you can "cheat" by combining whole blueberries, applesauce, and just a touch of agave in a blender. puree the shit outta it, let it chill in the fridge, and you have some spreadable fruit.
